PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT. IN FAIRNESS TO OUR CLIENTS, THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THESE POLICIES. 

• Please create an account before booking so you can manually manage your appointments

• Deposits are non-refundable and only transferable to another appointment if rescheduled with at least a 48 hour notice 

• If you decide to cancel, you will lose your deposit 

• Rescheduling must be done through the website, if the site does not allow you to do it, you have missed the 48 hour mark

• If you arrive late, your appointment time will not be extended

• 15+ minutes late and your appointment is automatically cancelled, your deposit will not be refunded

• No shows must pay for the missed appointment in full before being able to re-book 

• No guest allowed at your appointment unless they have been pre-approved

• It is your responsibility to follow all aftercare instructions to ensure quality results

• Payments are accepted in cash only, all e-transfers are subject to a 13% tax

• Double check your “junk” box for your confirmation email

DISCLAIMER: WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON AT ANY TIME.  WE HAVE A ZERO TOLERANCE TO CONSISTENT TARDINESS, IMPROPER CARE OF EYELASHES EXTENSIONS, MISCONDUCT OR HARASSMENTS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE POLICIES, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK.

REFILLS: 

• Refills are recommended every 2-3 weeks with at least 50% of your lashes remaining

• No refill services will be done after 3.5 weeks (24 days), a fullset must be booked 

• Foreign fills are subject to an additional $20 charge 

• We do not guarantee quality and results on foreign refills 

MINI-FILLS:

• Mini-fills can only be booking within 7 days of your last appointment with at least 80% of your lashes remaining

• Lash Decals (butterfly, star, heart, rhinestones) or Coloured Lashes +$10
